A note from Aaron / Start here

Your life.
Your direction.

You probably found me through a post about attraction or marriage. The question underneath that work is bigger: who gets to decide what you are worth?

01 / The foundation

Stop handing over the verdict.

When another person’s approval becomes the measure of your value, you start organizing your life around their reactions. You rehearse the conversation. You make the concession you resent. You wait to be chosen before deciding what you want.

I call that operating from below. The Apex Frame starts with your own authority: knowing what you want, taking responsibility for your actions, and keeping your self-respect when somebody disagrees.

That leaves room to listen. To admit you got something wrong. To respect another person’s no. Having your own direction gives you a position to speak from; it doesn’t give you control over theirs.

My work applies that idea to attraction, leadership, and building a life you actually want. Here is where to begin.
