Frames, Not Hacks

Everyone wants the hack. The shortcut. The trick.

"What's the one thing I can do to 10x my sales?" "What's the secret to going viral?" "What's the hack for getting more clients?"

I get it. I used to ask the same questions.

But here's what I've learned: tricks don't compound.

A viral tweet doesn't build a business. A clever cold email doesn't create a career. A sales trick might close one deal, but it won't make you a closer.

What compounds is your frame.

Your frame is how you see yourself, your work, and your relationship to others. It's the lens through which everything else passes.

Operate from a weak frame, and every tactic fails. You'll always be chasing the next hack because nothing ever sticks.

Operate from a strong frame, and tactics almost don't matter. You'll figure out what works because you trust yourself to adapt.
